Hauppauge, New York – Jan 22, 2026 – Numeric Computer Systems, Inc. (“NCS”), a leading provider of SaaS DSD Solutions to the Food and Beverage Industry, today announced the acquisition of LaceUp Solutions, Inc. (“LU”), a Miami based SaaS Solution provider of DSD Solutions to the Food and Beverage Industry, in a move that strengthens both companies ability to service the DSD Market.
The acquisition brings together leading technology, deep industry experience, and a broad global Food and Beverage client base, enabling best in class solutions for their customers that truly adds control, value, and visibility to their DSS process. LaceUp Solutions, Inc. will continue operating independently, and benefit from the continued leadership of their executive team.

The transaction closed on January 23rd 2026. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
