Allen Dickason
Chief Integration Officer
Allen Dickason has rejoined NCS to lead acquisition integration and define the go-forward strategy for the combined NCS and LaceUp organization. Partnering with Robert and the executive team, he is responsible for driving enterprise alignment, accelerating synergy realization, and scaling operating best practices across the business.

Allen brings deep experience in strategy, technology, and operations, having previously served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at NCS. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at global companies including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo Foods International (CIO), Suiza Foods/Dean Foods (CIO), Kinko’s (CTO), and Brach’s Confections (Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Logistics), leading large-scale transformation initiatives across complex organizations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
Mickey Hernandez

Mickey Hernandez is a seasoned sales and marketing leader with a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performance teams, and expanding market presence in competitive technology markets. With deep expertise in strategic sales, customer engagement, and revenue acceleration, Mickey brings a results-oriented mindset and innovative approach to his role as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mickey has played an integral role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy and expanding its footprint across key industry segments. LaceUp Solutions’ offerings include integrated warehouse management systems, route delivery, and mobile sales applications that help distributors streamline operations, maximize sales efficiency, and improve profitability.

Before stepping into his new executive leadership role, Mickey demonstrated a keen ability to align sales and marketing initiatives with enterprise goals, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen partner relationships. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence have contributed to sustained business growth and enhanced competitive differentiation.

Mickey holds extensive experience in aligning innovative solutions with customer needs, developing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences, and motivating cross-functional teams to exceed performance expectations.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mickey is passionate about mentoring emerging sales and marketing talent and staying engaged with industry trends that shape the future of technology and business transformation.
Andrew Dove
Managing Director of Asia Pacific
Andrew Dove is responsible for all aspects of the NCS business in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Dove founded PDT Mobile Data in 1996. It was acquired by Numeric Computer Systems in 1999. We currently have offices in Sydney, Auckland, and Jakarta. The Asia Pacific region is full service with sales, implementation support, and helps desk services being provided.

Mr. Dove holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Canterbury and an MBA from The Australian Graduate School of Management.
Pedro Toro
LaceUp - Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Managing Director -LATAM.
Pedro Toro is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for LaceUp. He manages daily operations, translating NCS’s vision into actionable plans, ensuring efficient processes, and aligning teams to drive growth, focusing internally on execution, team management, resource allocation, and scaling systems for sustainable product delivery and customer success.

After years of IT Management Leadership in the Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Liquor and Baking Industries, Pedro Toro joined NCS as Managing Director for Latin America in 1999. In his years at NCS Pedro has successfully managed systems engineering, custom software and database development, and enterprise-wide Salesforce automation implementations for major clients such as Nestlé, Froneri, Wisynco (Coca-Cola Jamaica), RJ Reynolds, Associated Brands Group, Holsum Bakers, Weston Bakeries, Fernandes Group Suriname, and Suiza Dairy (Grupo Gloria).

He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
Donna Kauffmann
VP Client Services
Donna Tedesco Kauffmann is responsible for the NCS Field Consultants, the Help Desk, and Customer Service.

Ms. Kauffmann started her career as an operator and technical writer at Hell Graphics Systems. She joined NCS in 1991 and held positions of increasing responsibility including Programmer, Technical Writer, Customer Support Manager, Application Consultant, and Project Manager. She has managed some of the largest customer implementations at NCS. Ms. Kauffmann was named to her current position in 2003.

Ms. Kauffmann holds an associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Farmingdale and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Dowling College.
Matthew Johnson
VP for Technical Operations
Mr. Johnson started his career as a Programmer for the State of Florida in the early 2000s. He next took a role to Mission Foods to manage the EDI department. Matt joined the NCS Family in 2014 as a senior programmer.



Mr. Johnson holds a Masters Degree in Computer Informational Science from Florida State University.



Wayne Hochberg
Executive VP / CFO
Wayne Hochberg is responsible for NCS’s sales activities as well as financial operations. Mr. Hochberg, who started working at Numeric Computer Systems in 1973, assumed his current responsibilities in 2003.

He has over 35 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing, and selling enterprise-level and process-intensive accounting, route management, route accounting, and mobility sales automation solutions for the Fast Moving Consumer Foods Industry on a range of systems including IBM mainframes, Unix systems, and Windows servers.
Robert Hochberg
President & CEO, NCS & LaceUp
Robert J Hochberg was named CEO of Numeric Computer Systems, Inc. (NCS) in November 1994 and overseas NCS’ global business. Mr. Hochberg brings more than 30 years of senior-level experience in the technology fields to his role.

Prior to being named CEO, Mr. Hochberg served as the President of NCS a role he continues to hold today. During his tenure at NCS, Mr. Hochberg created the first mobile solution in the Direct Store Delivery Industry and has remained involved in the development of mobility solutions including, bringing the first C#.NET solution to the marketplace. Mr. Hochberg has also been actively involved in keeping the back-end system modern and relevant including bringing the first browser-based Route Accounting solution to the marketplace.

In addition to his responsibilities at NCS, Mr. Hochberg serves on the President’s Advisory Committee at Vassar College and is involved in charitable organizations focused in the areas of education, childhood obesity, medical care, preservation of the East End of Long Island, and many other causes. Mr. Hochberg received his A.B. degree majoring in Economics from Vassar College.
